Shorinji

I started Shorinji-Kenpo with Haruki and Minami from last week.

Before starting, I thought not so difficult, but it was not easy!

I need to memory several forms, but can't yet.

I'll learn them from Haruki and Minami.

Anyway I need more training for Shorinji-Kenpo
