MTB park

Today I and Haruki got up early in the morning and went to cycling park.

Haruki wanted to try his new bike, so I took him to the park.

There were many course for MTB, dirt down hill and under construction courses.

We tried to practice riding on narrow bridge and small tricks.

Haruki wanted to come again.

Lunch time, we went to Chuck E Cheese for Kanami's birthday.

She wanted to have party at there with my family, and she had lot of fun with playing games with her brother and sisters.

Bike training

The other day I got indoor bike trainer.

In U.S.A., I did not have exercises very well, so I gained a lot of weight.

I 'm going to ride bike in my garage everyday??

I'm not sure I can do it everyday, so my choice is cheapest model of trainer.

My friends recommend model is a little expensive for me...

With seeing DVD or reading book!
