Barbecue in Lucky Peak

Today I had barbecue party with my company co leagues in Lucky Peak park.

Jun got delicious meat at farmers market in Boise down town.

Tommy made baked vegetable and Hot-dog but I couldn't eat ,because I made fried chicken.

My wife Rikko made "Tako-Yaki",but we didn't know where we can buy octopus as Tako in Japanese, we put shrimp instead of octopus. It was very delicious!

And we made "Zuke", tuna put in soy sauce , Japanese sake and Japanese mirin, after grill, we ate it with wasabi! Great!

Children were enjoying with boat.

They tyred to pass under big fountain, the water was so cold that I could do one time and need interval.

Life Jacket and Grill

In Boise there are some places where kids can play in the water.

I bought life jacket for kids safety.
We are going to go Lucky Peak park this weekend again.
They want to wear it and play with new boat.

And I bought new big Grill system.

Its power is not gas, I choice by charcoal,because our family like barbecue and we are going to often use U.S. and Japan. I don't think we can get gas power easily in Japan.
