PTO carnival

Today Haruki and Minami's elementary school had a PTO carnival.

That festival was organized teacher, parents and volunteer.

We also donated some snacks and some goods for outdoor.

Those are packed altogether and are arranged as a bid.

Haruki and Minami had some games with their ELL teacher and, Haruki won the game and got a ticket for cake. Haruki could choose any cake made by volunteer parents.

I thought Haruki should choose Po Panda cake ,but he selected turtle green cake.

I don't know why, he might be impressed by green color?

Haruki, Minami and Kanami could enjoy small games, and with ground equipments.

After that we ate nice cake, and Otomi turned cakemonster!

Anyway we had happy time at their school.

We hope we can enjoy that carnival next year!

Play room

Yesterday, I had a meeting and it was so late to got home.

Ritsuko took kids to fast food restaurant.

In U.S., almost every those restaurant has big play room for kids.

So after eating, they were enjoying with slide.

Also they got a toy as a bonus for meal, so there are 4 funny bugs in my home,it looks like Otomi!

Antique shop & Chiropractic

Today Ritsuko went to antique shop in down town Boise.

She discovered very old register at some shop.

It was 120 years old, but it still work well, great!

After school Kids went to chiropractic, Mr. Roy's hospital.

All kids looks happy because his care was so nice!

They are looking forward to next schedule.

Set up dolls

March 3rd is the Japanese Doll Festival, Hina Matsuri.

My wife had preparation to set up and display doll in the room.

In my wife's home, when she was young her parents prepare 7th-tiered Hina doll.

They might have very hard work!

Otomi try to tamper with them almost everyday....

I hope dolls will be not broken until she grow up and recognize them.

Car wash!

My car is very very dirty, so today we stopped at car wash stand on our way to supermarket.

The cost was cheap and we could several course from $4 to $8, and I chose $5.

First of all, check in with $5 to vending machine.

2nd, approach into washing machine like drive into the garage.

Final, exit from there with blow-dry.

Our kids said that it looked like an attraction in some amusement park.

Anyway our car better than this morning's.

But it's going to rain tomorrow??..

After that I got Pizza, and this dinner was Pizza and Tortellini.

Ayatori-2

Finally Ritsuko get new knitting wool for Ayatori.

We had only one string till now, so they scrambled for it every time.

For now they can do Ayatori, cat's cradle each other.

Haruki read the book about cat's cradle well and he learned how to make several figures.

He can do over 10 styles!

Kanami had fever

Kanami had fever this morning.
So she could not go to day care center.
Otomi had gone there only one, but she looked nothing happen.

In my home, almost every girls are stronger than I and Haruki.
If they have cold or fever, they do not become bad condition.
That's a happy to us.
The other day Haruki had severe cold and he had some dripping and we got on ambulance.
Today I got that bill and I was very surprised it's cost.
If I have no insurance, I might be bankruptcy???

Halloween!

Today was Halloween day!

Kids were no school day and they had preparing enough from morning.

Haruki had Syorinji-Kempo, he finished training and we went to "Trick or Treat" tour with his friends.

They took a walk for 1 and half hour and got a lot of candies.

Please brush your teeth!

Day Care

Next week Haruki and Minami are going to go to elementary school.

So Kanami also begin to go to the day care center with them from today.

I am not thinking about Kanami go to the center only her.

If brother and sister is there, she is going to be happy and keep smiling.

When she came back to home, she said "I was enjoying the center today! I want to go tomorrow!".

We felt at our ease by her talking.

Birthday party

Yesterday, Otomi's 1st birthday.

But she caught a cold, so she is fine today.

We have birthday party.

Her brother and sisters set up it and they were emceeing.

Kanami was not today's premiere person.

Her birthday is august.

But, her brother and sister wanted to play with them ....

Shorinji-Kempo

Today my son Haruki tried Shorinji-Kempo.

He did first time and have trial lesson.

I thought he is suited to the martial arts.

Next time I will try it.

Vaccination

Today I took my kids to pediatric to have injections.


They need several vaccination to go to elementary school in U.S.A.
At first I had to have a lot of paper work about kids , I must made declaration their sick history and allergies. But I forgot taking dictionary, so I can't answer some questions.

Anyway my kids have injections.

What a terrible, they have 6 , 3 per leg!

But my son wasn't crying, but it seemed very painful, so daughter was crying before needling.
Next week two little daughter are going to have.
I'm worry about....
So I will ask doctor they have 3 needles a day at maximum.
